I believe that no one knows you better than you know yourself. I will try my very best to understand your worldview, values, and beliefs so that we can work together on setting goals and creating effective change throughout the therapy process. I want to empower you to be able to navigate through the ups and downs of life. In order to accomplish that, I am interested in employing a wide range of theories in order to help you reach your goals such as Person-Centered, Strengths Based, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I earned my master's degree from Western Michigan University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program and my associate's degree in event management and bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Michigan University.
When you are ready, I invite you to reach out so that we can navigate through this journey together.
